The Tilsyn mark: two ravens flanking a bindrune, over a woven band

Every crew, every site, in sight.

Tilsyn is live field operations for lawn and landscape companies. See where your crews are, what each property needs, and what’s already done — as it happens, not at the end of the day.

Tilsyn is Norwegian for supervision — til + syn, “to sight.” Two ravens watch the field; nothing on a property goes unseen.

An illustration of the live board — jobs, crew presence, flags, and the written record in one place.

Built for the way crews actually work

Tilsyn was built inside a working lawn care company and runs its routes every day. No dispatch office software dressed up for the field — the field came first.

Live crew positions

See every crew member’s live position and clock-ins tied to the site they’re on. No “where are you?” calls — the board already knows.

Pins & zones on every property

Drop pins for hazards, gates, and customer requests. Draw zones and trace boundaries once — on every visit after, the crew sees exactly what matters where, and the job clock starts and stops automatically, so you know exactly how long the job runs.

Messaging where the work is

Message crew in the context of the site and the job — not in a group text that scrolls away. Questions, photos, and answers stay with the property.

Needs attention, surfaced

A broken fence, a missed strip, a customer request — flagged in the field, it lands on the owner’s board until it’s handled. Nothing waits for someone to remember.

Jobs, schedule & history

The day’s jobs, service frequencies, and a full history for every site — what was done, when, and by whom, going back as far as you’ve run on Tilsyn.

Still in Development

The hardware package

AR arrives as one box: an issued phone plus AR glasses, with Tilsyn already set up and ready to run. The phone does the heavy lifting; the glasses are the display layer the crew member wears.

In the glasses they see the property’s pins, zones, and notes hands-free while working — the flagged tree, the shutoff, the boundary line.

Every crew member in glasses sees the same virtual job site — the same pins, zones, and notes — each from their own point of view. You can see where everyone is and talk through what’s right in front of you. Quick gestures in the glasses snap a photo or drop a pin, and communication runs right through the glasses or the device — the phone mostly stays in your pocket. It’s possible because the phone in the kit runs the site and the glasses simply show it — nothing extra to carry, nothing to set up.

If a unit breaks, the swap program covers it: a replacement ships out and the broken unit goes back.

Hardware package only

In the app

AMELIA, your assistant

Every Tilsyn app carries AMELIA — a personal assistant built in for the whole company, crew and office alike. Ask her about the day, a site, or the schedule, and she answers from your own operation: what’s on today, who’s where, a property’s history and notes, what’s done and what’s still open. She sets reminders, takes notes, helps you message the crew, sends permission requests to whoever can approve them, and talks assistant-to-assistant — passing the word to another crew member’s AMELIA. Reach her by voice when paired with headphones, or by message via in-app assistant window.

The permanent record

Written by Skrifari

Skrifari is Tilsyn’s scribe. Site histories and the audit trail carry its name, and the paperwork layer — invoices, summaries, and the Day’s Entry — is generated from what actually happened in the field. The record writes itself; you just run the day.

The Customer Portal

Every company on Tilsyn can give its own customers a portal of their own — everything about their property and their service in one place, and a line back to the company when they need one.

House card

Each customer sees their own house card: their property, their plan, and everything the company keeps on file for them — one place, always current, with their next service date up front.

Services, invoices & payment

Upcoming visits and past services side by side, with the invoices to match — and payment handled right there in the portal. Past visits carry the before-and-after photos and the crew’s notes, so the customer sees the work, not just the bill.

Property map with real pins

The customer sees a map of their own property and can drop a real pin on it — “watch this corner,” “gate sticks here” — with a note and an optional photo attached.

A message board that reaches the company

Customers post to a message board instead of texting a personal number. The assistant answers what it can on the spot — it can even cancel their next service when they ask — and anything else is delivered to the company as a pending message, waiting for a person. Word of delays or changes reaches them here, as it happens.

One flat price for every company

Most field-service software charges per seat, so every hire raises your bill and every owner learns to share logins. Tilsyn doesn’t work that way.

One flat monthly price covers your whole company — every operator, every truck, every site. Grow the crew and the price stays put.

  • Flat, per company — $20/month, or $200 for the year paid up front (about 17% off), plus CT sales tax; not per user, not per device
  • Unlimited crew — everyone gets their own sign-in
  • AR with the hardware package — the AR glasses are available only with the hardware package (issued phone-and-glasses kit), not as a standard add-on
  • Hardware at cost — $710 per kit, plus CT sales tax and shipping; passed through with no markup — the software is the product
Storage

Storage, in the open

Every company gets 20 GB of storage included — room for roughly 42,000 job photos. Most companies will never come near it.

If yours does, you’ll hear about it long before it’s a problem: warnings in the app at 15, 17, and 19 GB, and your assistant tells you roughly how long you’ve got at your current pace. At the limit, new uploads pause — nothing you’ve stored is ever touched — until you pick a way forward:

  • Add room: another 50 GB for $5/month.
  • Shrink the old photos: compress photos older than 4 months (your choice of cutoff) to about half their size. They stay right where they are, fully viewable — nothing is deleted.
  • Clean up: export photos in bulk to your own drive, and delete what you no longer need. Deletions wait in a 30-day bin before they’re gone for good, in case you change your mind.

Owners sign in

The website is for company owners — you sign in with your email and password. Managers and crew don’t sign in here; their world is the phone apps, which keep using company code + username + PIN, exactly as they do today.

App downloads: Android builds are issued per company — if your company enrolled you, your install link or download card came from your owner. Reinstalls and kiosk devices are provisioned by your company, not from a public store listing.
